Spad – a waterfall on the Kamienica Gorczańska river in the town of Szczawa. It is located at an elevation of approximately 590 m, in the Koszarki settlement, at the point where the river runs directly to provincial road no. 968. The waterfall's height does not exceed 2.2 m, however a large volume of water falls over it, as the Kamienica Gorczańska is already quite a substantial river at this point. It is one of the largest waterfalls (in terms of the volume of falling water) in the entire Beskid Mountains. Water falls from a stone threshold in two streams, with the right stream being larger. It is a natural waterfall, formed at a location where layers of hard and erosion-resistant sandstone are positioned vertically on edge.
